Warranty
Information
PKOH NYC warrants all its products to be free
from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from
date of purchase.
Returns
Items in new condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a
full refund, minus shipping. All returns require RMA from PKOH NYC
prior to shipment. Deviation from this procedure
will result in at least a 20% restocking fee or a denial of refund, at
our
discretion. Refunds are processed within ten busniess days
of receipt of the return.
